WARLON Sheets
- Laminated Shoji papers with traditional washi textures
- Durable and wipeable with a damp cloth
- for shoji, curtains, light installations
Laminated Japanese paper is a composite material consisting of a thin sheet of shoji paper as the core layer and two plastic films as the laminate. Like all shoji papers, laminated washi is very thin and highly translucent, but not transparent, and therefore diffuses light beautifully.
In addition to being used for shoji screens, it is also used, for example, for lamps and light fixtures, as well as for panel curtains.

WARLON Sheets
Laminated shoji paper in 11 classic Japanese colors; durable and wipeable with a damp cloth; for shoji screens, curtains, and light fixtures
These laminated Japanese papers from the "Nihon no iro" series have the same texture and thickness as the white laminated washi with an Unryu pattern (WS002).
Laminated Japanese paper is a composite material consisting of a thin layer of shoji paper as the core and two PVC plastic films as the laminate. Like all shoji papers, laminated washi is very thin and highly translucent, though not transparent, and therefore diffuses light beautifully. In addition to being used for Shoji screens, it is also used, for example, in lamps and light fixtures, as well as for panel curtains.
In Japan, laminated shoji paper has been in use for over 50 years. It is the standard material for restaurants, hotels, and living spaces when a relatively durable and low-maintenance type of Japanese paper is desired.
