Shipping and Shipping Costs

Until further notice, we are shipping only within Germany and to non-EU countries.

This applies to both private and commercial orders. No exceptions are possible. The reason for this is the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which takes effect on August 12, 2026. This results in unacceptable costs and bureaucratic burdens for us as a retailer when shipping to other EU countries.

How can customers from the EU now purchase TAKUMI products?

You can still place orders in the TAKUMI Shop if the delivery is to an address in Germany. There are several options available:

"own" address in Germany	When placing your order, provide a German address—for example, that of friends or family—or, if you are a business, the address of your branch or office in Germany. You are responsible for arranging for the shipment to be forwarded to your country.
Parcel Forwarding via a German Address	Many customers in the EU use independent package forwarding services. With these services, you receive your own German shipping address. Your order is delivered there. You then instruct the service provider to forward the package directly to you in your country.

The shipping costs quoted include the applicable taxes. The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed before you complete your order.

We also ship orders from other EU countries to the delivery address you provided in Germany.

Shipping to Switzerland

If you are in Switzerland and would like to buy from TAKUMI, please order from a parcel service provider such as meineinkauf.ch in Germany.
This is faster, easier and with less costs and bureaucracy. (We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland).

When shipping via meineinkauf.ch, we only charge shipping costs to Germany (see table).
