The tear-resistant Japanese papers MADOCA MK are 3-layer composite materials made from extra-thin pure natural fibre Japanese papers with a stabilizing plastic film as a middle layer. MADOCA KASUMI Kozo MK01 consists of 100% mulberry fibers. The paper has a fine Kozo fiber structure with characteristic light lines (water lines) parallel to the running direction, giving it a handmade appearance.

MADOCA is the most tear-resistant Japanese paper material produced. MADOCA can be sewn, plotted, punched, embossed, printed, braided, folded, laminated, glued, painted and printed. Many other processing techniques and applications are possible.
