Fusuma paper HARUKAZE

Fusuma are traditional Japanese sliding doors for built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets and room dividers. In contrast to Shoji, the doors covered with Fusuma papers are smooth, without visible bars, and are not translucent or transparent.

With many motif Fusuma papers, the picture is composed of two sheets. Please note here whether you would like to order the sheets individually or in pairs!

Processing

Fusuma papers are glued on like wallpaper using paste. When wallpapering doors using this method, both sides must always be covered so that the door does not warp. You can also use a simple Fusuma paper or wallpaper for the back.
