Special Hinges for Screens

Screen hinges are special hinges with an opening angle of 360°. They can be used to assemble any number of panels into screens and set them up at any angle to each other.

The partition walls can be folded up into “packages” and then stored to save space.

Paravent hinges can be used to connect shoji panels, as well as partition walls made of other types of panels. For shoji panels, which are typically about 30 mm thick, the large-size hinges (Komori 30) are suitable. The small hinges (Komori 20) are designed for shoji panels up to 20 mm thick or panels made of 19 mm-thick sheet material.
