Shoji Handle Oak

Shoji oak handle for recessing made of solid oak natural light or dark smoked.

The wooden shell handles contrast beautifully with light woods such as fir and pine, but also go well with dark woods such as walnut, smoked oak and larch.

Shoji handles are glued into a prepared hole in the frame wood. The corners of the handle hole must be chiseled out by hand. The handle shells themselves are slightly conical (wider at the top than at the bottom) so that they can be installed without joints.
